Returns:
Online Purchases: You must contact us for a
Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise.
- Returning New Products - when products are received
and inspected, we will credit your card for the price
of purchase less shipping. The shipping cost remains
the responsibility of the customer.
- Returning Used Products - when products are received
and inspected, we will credit your card for the price
of purchase less shipping. The shipping cost remains
the responsibility of the customer.
- Important Note: New golf clubs
cannot be returned as "new" if they have
been hit or show wear. In the case of club use or
wear, we will credit or refund the amount of the USED
CLUB TRADE VALUE, which will be determined by the
condition of the club. Shipping remains the responsibility
of the customer.
Store Purchases:
- New Products - must be in new condition with all
original packaging and literature and accompanied
by our sales receipt to receive credit or refund.
- Used Products - must be in the same condition as
purchased to receive credit or refund.
